Exquisite Circa 1930s 1940s Turban Hat with Wired brim, so you can style/adjust it.
The hat is incredibly soft to the touch
This is delightful hat from a distinctive time in fashion history.
 
CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition. The velvet is absolutely clean without stains or holes. There are scattered holes in the chiffon lining, doesn't affect wearability.
 
MEASUREMENTS: I measured 21'' around the interior hat band, the hat is designed to fit most sizes, to perch atop of the head and for tilting to either side.
